The Harborview Cultural Center is a conceptual architectural project created to demonstrate how thoughtful design can enhance community life. The center is planned as a multifunctional hub that brings together arts, education, and social activities under one roof. The building design focuses on clean geometry, warm materials, and fluid circulation, allowing visitors to move effortlessly between galleries, studios, event halls, and outdoor gathering areas.
Natural light plays a major role in the structure. The design incorporates large glass facades, skylights, and internal courtyards that brighten the interior while reducing energy demand. The building also uses passive ventilation strategies and green roofing to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. Sustainable materials such as recycled timber, low-carbon concrete, and high-performance glazing were selected to support long-term environmental goals.
A key objective of the project is to create a flexible facility that can adapt to different community needs. Convertible hall spaces can be used for exhibitions, workshops, conferences, or small performances. The landscaped exterior features shaded seating zones and open lawns intended for local gatherings, festivals, and weekend markets.

The Skyline Commercial Tower MEP Upgrade project demonstrates Team Engineering Group’s expertise in designing efficient, reliable, and future-ready building systems. This conceptual project focuses on retrofitting a 20-story office tower with modern HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to enhance tenant comfort and reduce overall operational costs.
The HVAC redesign includes variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, high-efficiency air handling units, smart thermostatic controls, and improved air distribution pathways. Together, these systems ensure stable indoor climates with reduced energy consumption. The electrical enhancement introduces upgraded switchgear, LED-based lighting, optimized power distribution panels, and emergency backup systems that ensure uninterrupted operation even during outages.

The conceptual project includes three residential towers, shared amenities, parking facilities, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
Team Engineering Group developed a unified BIM model covering architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This integrated approach allowed all design data to be stored in a single digital environment, enabling real-time collaboration among stakeholders. Clash detection was a key part of the workflow; weekly coordination sessions identified and resolved conflicts between HVAC ducts, structural elements, plumbing lines, and electrical conduits before reaching the construction site.
